Ryne's Hawaiian Hideaways vacation business

I didn't know this but turns out.. Ryne/Ryan (let's stick to Ryne) has a JOB! I'm not trying to be shady, but I just simply didn't get the impression he was working based on the conversations / things we saw this season on RHOC. But I was doing some light IG stalking and landed on his company's IG page, which led me to his company's website... and yes I'm saying HIS company, because turns out, lil Ryne is an entrepreneur!

So he's the President of Hawaiian Hideaways, which seems to be a luxury Hawaiian vacation rental company. (Though it may just be located in Oahu.) His website says, "Hawaiian Hideaways is your one-stop for your Vacation Rental search. We have many legally established rentals available on the island of Oahu and are expanding daily. " We love expansion!

The company does seem to have real estate for all budgets, studios to million dollar estates... I'll take a million dollar estate please! Here's their page: https://www.instagram.com/hawaii_hideaways/

Interestingly enough, he has a "note from the President" on his website that makes it sound like he's still living there, despite the company's address being in Cali. Here's the message, though, it's an interesting read.

Ever since I visited Hawaii as a teenager, I knew I would live there for the rest of my life. When I was offered the opportunity to play basketball at the University of Hawaii, I quickly moved to the island of Oahu and now more than 20 years later, I have not left. Although serendipitous that my last name is Holliday, I actually entered into the travel business so that I could share with others what I have experienced myself in this great state. I started off small renting my own house to travelers, but then soon branched out to other properties when demand grew. I was honored to be voted the Conde Nast Hawaii travel expert. I have been asked if I will expand my business to other locations outside of Hawaii and the answer is always, no, Hawaii is my home and Hawaii is all I want to share with others.

Anyway, just had to share this find! IDK if I'm the only one who didn't realize he was working! but good for him!

Who was cringier at Heather's party...Ryan/Ryne or Jen?

Like most of us, I was sitting on my couch last night with a glass of wine anxiously awaiting Heather Dubrow's dinner party. I have been less than thrilled with this season of RHOC (thanks Noella) but was really excited to watch Dr. Jen get wasted at Heather's. Her AND Ryne/Ryan's behavior was so awkward to watch but I was living for every moment of it. As I watched, I wondered who was more cringey...Jen or her husband.

So the fact that Ryan calls himself Ryne is already bizarre af and he should be embarrassed about that alone but I thought he was SO strange last night. He was all butt-hurt that he couldn't bring his soulmate, Mr. Puppers the chihuahua, to Heather's party. Does he honestly think it's appropriate to bring your pet into someone else's home when you really don't know the host that well? Especially when you're there for a dinner party, not a puppy playdate. I also thought it was weird when him and Jen arrived at the house. Idk if anyone else noticed this but Ryan/Ryne was basically hiding when Heather and Terry opened the door to let them in. He then very slowly came into the house and proceeded to hang out right next to the door until they asked him if he wanted a drink. I honestly thought he was going to make a run for it and run down the street ripping off all the clothes he was forced to wear that night.

Then we had Jen at dinner who was clearly sloshed. Honestly, the whole situation was so uncomfortable I probably would've drank myself into oblivion as well. She kept begging Ryan/Ryne for affection and was saying the most awkward things in front of Heather's other guests, who were clearly horrified/entertained by the whole display. My favorite was when she told Heather about 62 times that she loved the wine she served and that it was PrEtTy GoOd. I also almost had a stroke when Ryan/Ryne put his napkin in his shirt, and I truly thought Heather was going to faint when he did that. Obviously, they are not at Red Lobster and he should've kept his napkin on his lap but Jen bringing attention to it was classic. They were the best part of the night and I want them to come to every dinner party I host for the rest of my life.

While Jen was cringey I also try and remember that she was wasted, and we're all a little cringe when we've had too much to drink...but Ryan/Ryne was sober as a log. As insane as this was to watch, it was my favorite episode of the season.

Noella's boyfriend, Bobby Schubenski deep dive

We all saw Noella go through some… tough times (to say the least) on this season of RHOC. Her divorce from Sweet James was, while sad, kind of iconic for a premiere season, though right? I mean she seems to have come out on top, in terms of having a new BF and seemingly being in love! Good for her — I feel like she needs that stability in her life, and frankly, deserves it after the year she’s had.

I didn’t realize she was dating someone until the finale / part 1 reunion, so I did what I do best, and did a deep dive on the guy. First of all, his name is Bobby Schubenski. And here are more details I found around the web.

- He is from Pennsylvania (perhaps near Pittsburgh) originally, but I’m not sure he lives there anymore since he once posted an IG saying he was “missing his family on the East coast”

- Here’s his IG btw https://www.instagram.com/bobbyschubenski/ Lots and lots and lots of different hair colors.

- Not to be sus, but he didn’t use his IG much until about a week ago… which seems conveniently timed to when Noella mentioned him on the reunion. JUST SAYING!

- He’s a host of a Twitch show, which goes so above my head… supposedly it’s called Danny Wimmer Presents: Space Zebra

- He (and a partner) own a clothing company called Blackcraft Cult which describes itself on their website as “BlackCraft Cult are firm believers that you don’t need God or any organized belief system in order to be a good person. To be kind to all man and animal kind, and do positive things for others. … At BlackCraft, we live by the ethos of kindness, gratitude, and positivity. We celebrate self-empowerment, self-expression, and all aspects of life that encourage personal freedom.”

- Here’s the clothing brand’s website: https://www.blackcraftcult.com/

- At one point, he did live out in Penny with his ex-fiance, Milena Roucka, who was formerly known as Rosa Mendes in WWE and Total Divas (so he has a type for reality tv stars? LOL) https://www.instagram.com/realmilenaroucka/

- Him and Roucka have a daughter, Jordan, who has 62k followers on IG (and just started Kindergarten in fall 2021) https://www.instagram.com/realjordanschubenski/

- He and Noella supposedly met years ago during a dinner, and became closer during lockdown

- He bought her an adult toy company (called Playland?) that they just got trademarked so IDK if that’s actually a thing anymore or if we’re gonna be waiting a long long time for those products much like Joggers.

What do you guys think? I guess… as long as she’s happy? I think a lot of the drama she brought to this season was coming from boredom / her own misery, which again, I don’t blame her! I’d be miz too if all that stuff happened to me… days into starting filming a reality show!
