That is honestly too long. This break was understandable due not o the pandemic. However another two year break is absolutely unnecessary 

omg i'm literally gonna be antsy until the new season comes - but i do think this season, as good as it was, showed some areas need improvement in terms of characterization - especially for kat! so maybe a big break is a good idea 

Wait really? The actors are gonna look ridiculous playing high school kids. Unless this means they're planning on a Euphoria time jump, which, no thanks <3 

I'm not caught up yet but why the hell would it take two years for a new season of such a popular show to come out???!

IKYFL! Listen, I know it takes time to make one of TV’s greatest shows… but not y’all taking longer than Elliot’s song to come back. Y’all must be writing another song LOL that’s what taking so long. I’ll wait as long as I have too, but they could at least give us Generation, We Are Who We Are, Industry, something to hold us over mmkay?

...excuse me? 2024? Like, TWO WHOLE YEARS from now? This is going to be like Stranger Things — we're going to have to watch them as 40 year olds by the time we see them again. 

Two years is too long!! Makes sense though because I read it took a month to film the scene of Rue running around the entire episode lol

2024 is absolutely too long for Euphoria to be put on hold. I understand the show is unlike anything we've ever seen, but even shows that are way more intricate are able to push out a season within a year and a half. There's no doubt that Zendaya is booked and busy and now after this second season so I'm assuming that's why (not to mention the rest of the cast likely booking projects too). 

I don't understand why they do this... why wait so long to release a hit show? Also the actors are going to look soooo much older than the people they are supposed to portray by the time the new season comes out. Im FRUSTRATED!

Two years is too long but please I hope they don't do any weird specials in the interim... 

IDK I liked S1 better and I'll keep watching but I feel like this show had so much potential and only delivered on like 65% of it in S2. 

It was announced last night that Euphoria will return in 2024 and I don't know what I'm supposed to do with myself until then.. Season 2 of Euphoria has really had a hold on me and I am fully invested in all of the characters, well most of them. In my head I am living on the set of Lexi's play and I don't think I'll be moving out anytime soon. Maddy is 100% right, Lexi is a G and I'm so glad that we finally got a chance to look at things from her perspective. Lexi has always been in the background and it would only make sense that she knows so much about her friends and their personal lives... She's literally around for EVERYTHING. The season 2 finale gave me a mix of so many emotions and I am looking forward to seeing how all these cliffhangers unfold in season 3.

Euphoria comes back in 2024...
