Finally, the best smell of all is the smell of faraway grills on the first 60 degree day of spring. It just smells like joy.

OK you said it was a safe space, soooo, Indoor Pool. It's gross, but also intoxicating (possibly literally). And the smell of your house when the oil heat kicks on for the first time that winter. Burns so good.

LOVE both of those — gasoline and shoe stores smell INCREDIBLE. I think the former smells good because it reminds me of being on a boat, which reminds me of summer.

Also, I would add tennis balls and the smell of wine cooking off.
