It looks like it's being done by a demented elf or maybe JoJo Siwa after she ate some magic mushrooms. It always looks like she has unicorn hide on her cheeks and her face is glowing. No matter what you say about Teresa, she is very pretty but this makeup is making her look like she got run over by a Claire's boutique at the Paramus mall. For the love of RuPaul, someone please do something.
Ok soooo I’ve been seeing on social media lots of rumors about the next seasons cast for RHONJ. And so far what I’m hearing is that:
-Jackie is demoted
-filming end of may
- and testing three friends, one of Tre’s, one of Marges and one of Jennifer’s.
I feel type of way if this is true about Jackie. She gave us raw vulnerability this year and to demote her seems so cruel. Thoughts!?
I have had mixed feelings about Louis from the start. I do appreciate how he calms Theresa and her family down and helps them think rationally during conflict. I also like seeing how happy Theresa is and how he makes her glow. But underneath it all, I can’t shake that we may be dealing with a Vicki and Brooks 2.0 situation - or even worse.
The most troubling Louis topic to date for me was during this past week’s episode when multiple cast members, including both the wives and husbands, after confronting Louis on past allegations of partner abuse, chose to “give him the benefit of the doubt” and accept his explanation that his exes are “crazy” and “seeking attention”.
I know the RHONJ cast tends to think in sexist or “old school” ways (remember Theresa last season saying that she would never be assaulted, because she is a strong woman?), but have we not learned anything from the past few years? After the Me Too Movement, the Womens Marches, Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, the Olympics and Larry Nassar - and too many other examples to list - are we still not believing women?
And to top it all off, it’s not one allegation or one questionable video or one ex - multiple exes have claimed emotional, psychological, or physical abuse from Louis. And as they say: where there’s smoke, there’s fire. I recognize some cast members were staying quiet to keep the peace with Theresa, but is this really a topic we should choose to be silent on? Thank god Margaret was there as a progressive voice of reason, but I’m still disappointed overall on how it was handled.
I truly hope that the allegations are false about Louis and that Theresa and her girls are safe - but until we start believing women, we will continue to stay in this cycle of silencing women’s voices and potentially allowing abuse to continue.
Over the weekend Jennifer had her huge birthday party, and I couldn't help but wonder where was Bill? I thought it was odd that there was no Bill in any picture or video... And then on top of that, he was nowhere to be found in any footage from her Mother's Day. I am sensing something has happened... 🥴
I say this apprehensively, but I honestly feel BAD for Jennifer on Jersey this season.
Is she a pot-stirrer? YES.
Is she messy? YES.
Is she miserable in her marriage and trying to escape by causing other people harm and drama in their own personal lives while deflecting and avoiding the issues in her own home? YES.
It's not necessarily fair to the other women, but to me (someone with a psychology degree from Bravo University) it's pretty obvious what's going on. And it warrants sympathy, in my opinion. It's so clear that she's acting out and starting drama with the others just to have SOMETHING else to focus on. The other women don't have to be friends with her, but I think they can recognize what is going on at least.
Last night on RHONJ Melissa took the ladies out to a recording studio to record a song, and last week on RHOC the women formed a band and recorded music. Why is this happening?
Did someone tell Andy Cohen that we wanted this and he ran with it? He needs to make it stop. I was cringing so hard especially when Melissa started belting out the lyrics as if she was Celine Dion.
I hope we don’t have to endure this again.
By now, you have probably seen that Ramona Singer posted access to Teresa’s wedding website. On it we’ve learned a few things…
1) the whole cast is invited - including marge (So maybe they’re filming and had to be)
2) RHUGT cast is also invited…
3) LUANN AND KENYA ARE IN THE WEDDING.
I’m honestly flabbergasted. Dina and Jennifer make sense go me, but Luann and Kenya???? That’s when you do the bride a favor and politely decline, I’m sorry. Are they all actually friends?
Melissa MAY be in the wedding, it was TBD last I saw!
Oh - ANDY will be there too! Do we think we are getting a special???
Last night during the reunion, it was clear that Teresa was not having her sister-in-law, of 20 years, in her wedding, but having Louie's sisters. This is incredibly messed up in my opinion.
I thought that Tre would just have her daughters in the wedding, but nope. She is always having his sisters and Dina Manzo as her maid of honor.
-Jennifer (his sister)
-Veronica (his sister)
Whew, 7 bridesmaids... oof.
Okay everyone, I need to know. Which relationship do you think will be/was more successful for Teresa? I don't mean career wise or anything of that matter, but more along the lines of a real relationship with love and family and all that goes with it. Which one will have turned out to be the better of the two, Joe Giudice or Luis Ruelas?
The last season of Real Housewives of New York was one of the worst of all time, and so was Vanderpump Rules, which hasn't even been picked up for their next season. After these disappointing seasons, we all took to social media to give our two cents about how to fix them: who to fire, who to hire, and we hoped our voices would be heard.
As this season of Real Housewives of New Jersey comes to a close, it's time to reevaluate its standing, too. Ratings didn't struggle this season -- it did better than the other Housewives franchises currently on air -- but the show is starting to feel a little stale. A little repetitive. And we have to talk about it.
We can't have one person control the entire show, we can't have one person ice out the entire cast and make it hard to move on. And that person we can't have anymore is Teresa.
So my two cents: let's give Tre her own spinoff with her girls, kind of like what they did with Kim and Kroy. First the wedding special, then the show. And let the other RHONJ girls rebuild without her.
We can't have another season of the same fights over and over again. I just feel something has to be done, even though it might be hard to envision a show without Teresa, it's necessary.
What do you think: should Teresa stay or go?
