- The Bachelor -Kendall Long's 'Fear Factor' Appearance Was A Lot Scarier Than Seeing Her Ex On 'Paradise'
If you thought facing your ex on Paradise was scary, try drinking donkey semen. Because that's what Bachelor in Paradise's Kendall Long had to do on Fear Factor. Before Paradise and before Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s season of The Bachelor, Kendall tried a more extreme form of reality TV with her twin sister that proves that Kendall is pretty fearless, whether that comes to Grocery Store Joe or Joe Rogan.
Back when she was on Arie's season, Life & Style reported that Kendall, with her twin Kylie (obligatory Jenner sister reference here), competed on Fear Factor for an episode called, "Hee Haw! Hee Haw!" This was when Fear Factor was revived by NBC for a Season 7 in 2011 after originally going off the air in 2006. If you were a devoted Fear Factor revival watcher in the year 2012 and don't remember Kendall being on it, that would be understandable. As TMZ reported, the episode featuring teams of twins included the task of drinking a glass of donkey semen. TMZ was the first to report that NBC ended up pulling the episode the day before it was supposed to air in January 2012 due to the unsavory nature of the challenge.
Before NBC pulled it, Fear Factor host Joe Rogan had noted that the episode may not air to both Entertainment Weekly and The Huffington Post due to the stunt. "There's gonna be a lot of people that are going to be upset — it really is ridiculous," Rogan told HuffPost. "It's just completely foul and offensive."
Although there's no official documentation of the episode in the U.S., TMZ reported that the episode aired in Denmark. And someone on YouTube captured the disgusting segment complete with Danish subtitles, which I watched so you don't have to. In it, Kendall bites the bullet by offering to drink the donkey semen for her sister. (Meanwhile, Kylie "only" had to drink the donkey urine.) Kendall drank 24 ounces of donkey semen in 14 minutes and 19 seconds, beating one set of twins and making it to the finals for a chance to win $50,000. Not to bring too much attention to his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, but Rogan claimed in one episode that the donkey semen stunt was what led to the Fear Factor revival being canceled.
If that wasn't enough, Kendall and Kylie also participated in the "Shock Walk" challenge, where they had to wear bikinis, be handcuffed together, and climb over an electrified metal rig suspended over the water. That clip lives on (above) thanks to it being archived on the Fear Factor YouTube channel. As for less horrifying TV appearances, Kylie also appeared alongside her sister for Kendall's hometown date with Arie on The Bachelor.
So if you thought Kendall was brave to bust in on Paradise and confess she still has love for Joe while he's busy dating Serena, just think of the time that she drank donkey semen for her sister and realize that this woman is capable of anything that reality TV throws her way.
