Has anyone listened yet? I saw that Morgan teased that Andrea talks about his new girlfriend... can't wait to hear about this...
Per the pod...
Is Shake the Spencer Pratt of Love is Blind? Does he really understand "the villain" assignment and is just playing it up? I think to an extent, that could be true, but when he was filming in Mexico I'm sure he didn't make his decisions based on "being the villain." He also said he wasn't sorry for the way he acted...
The reunion comes out tomorrow and I am very interested in how he plays it. Although, he has said he plays it up. So the question is.. do we think Shake is REALLY a villain, or PLAYING a villain?
After learning that SS was created by the same guy that created The Hills and Laguna Beach, I pretty much knew it was a carbon copy, just with real estate. And now, all those former Hills babies are revealing fake storylines left and right.
That said, I can't bring myself to hate Christine. I really can't. Remember how much we all HATED Spencer? And now he exposes fake Hills storylines every day on his Tik Tok . I feel like Christine is the Spencer of Selling Sunset.
Is there any storyline that you believe is real??
I was cracking up listening to these puns! I love the idea of calling the book "You're Toxic...." and then having each chapter named after someone toxic in her life. Although why give them all that credit? Either way... I cannot wait to read this. Give Britney all the money!
Saw Morgan posted this:
Jaw. On. The. Floor. I thought RHOC might be dying a slow death, but if Heidi joined — with Spencer as a Househusband — I would race so hard to the DVR. I feel like this NEEDS to happen for all our sakes?
(Although, I'm not sure how Andy would backtrack saying he's prefer to stab his eyes out than have Heidi on in 2011: https://people.com/tv/andy-cohen-heidi-montag-joining-real-housewives-of-beverly-hills-not-true/)
After having Andrea on the podcast, my curiosity got the best of me.... From the episode, we learned that Andrea was talking to this mystery woman BEFORE Summer House, kind of ghosted her, and then later realized his mistake. Then something clicked, remember what Andrea accidentally called Mya? Lexi. You know who was with Andrea at his latest appearance on WWHL (the last picture in his carousel) a woman (tagged) named Lexi. Did Andrea accidentally call Mya "Lexi" because he had his ex-flame on the brain? I think you know the answer ;)
Mya Allen from Bravo's Summer House was on the pod this week and she cleared up her WWHL comment about Craig not being "boyfriend material" for Paige.
She elaborated more on the podcast, saying that she thinks Paige is a queen and while Craig has potential, he isn't quite on her level yet. She said he was a "prince" but is waiting for him to be a "king" to match her.
Interesting point, do you agree with her analysis?
My conspiracy theory is that Lala is doing all this press because the VPR spin-off rumors are true. I don't know *which* rumor is true, that she is getting her own spin-off or "Vanderpump Valley" is coming.
Anytime a reality tv personality is going on interviews, morning shows, podcasts, it's to promote SOMETHING, or get publicity for something. You all have informed me that she was "promoting" her book being released as a paperback copy. Do people REALLY go on press junkets to promote that? Is she that desperate to make the NYT Best Sellers list? Or do you think this is fishy like I do?
The show sucked. I'm not convinced that any of them actually went on the show to get engaged, except the two that bailed out early.
Colby and Madlyn. The whole thing was a big joke. They HATED each other the whole time, and now you want to convince me that you got engaged, got married ON THE SPOT, and now are with child??????? I'm convinced their sole purpose for this was to be Netflix stars.
Per the bonus pod...
I'm now thinking about Kim and Kanye's custody agreement. Per TMZ, "we're told it's highly likely it'll end up so that Kim will be home base and Kanye can see his 4 kids pretty much whenever he chooses."
Genuine question. After seeing the Pete tirades, the social media posts, and now (per the doc) his bipolar episodes, if Kim was really worried that Kanye is dangerous, would she allow an "open door policy?"
Another question. Is Kanye selling "crazy" the way the Kardashians sell "sexy."
