The "Jennifer Aniston" Salad Recipe

Jennifer Aniston recently said that she ate the same salad every single day for ten years on the set of FRIENDS. And I don't know about you guys, but she has always been "goals" for me. And I will be eating it every day from now on too, in hopes, it will transform me into her

So here is the recipe for the Jennifer Salad:

3.5 cups cooked bulgur wheat

2-3 chopped small cucumber

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup chopped mint

1/3 cup chopped red onion

1/2 cup chopped pistachios

1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Juice of 1 lemon
