- The Bachelor -Kate Gallivan Could Be On 'Selling Sunset' If 'The Bachelor' Doesn't Work Out
When ABC released Clayton Echard's Bachelor contestants back in September, I didn't pay any attention — there was just too much going on in Bachelor Nation. But now that Clayton is confirmed as the Bachelor and we even have a trailer, I decided to go a little deeper on Clayton's contestants, including one Bachelor contestant who could become a Selling Sunset star, too.
During my sleuthing I learned of Kate Gallivan, a real estate agent set to participate on Clayton's season of The Bachelor. Kate isn't just any real estate agent, though. Kate is a real estate with the Oppenheim Group. You know, the one featured on Netflix's Selling Sunset?
A Nashville native, Kate Gallivan moved to Los Angeles seven years ago and hit the ground running with a job in entertainment at CAA. The fast-paced, high-pressure environment at the agency, coupled with juggling multiple clients, translated seamlessly to Real Estate in 2016, where she has been thriving ever since.
Attention to detail, effective communication, and a positive attitude is her recipe for success. When she's not out in the field, you can find her attending to a different recipe - homemade cinnamon rolls. Besides being a queen in the kitchen, Kate also knows her way around all of the shopping, dining, hiking, and entertainment experiences that LA has to offer.
So I thought it would be fun, since my form of self care is scrolling through Zillow, to take a look at her past listings...
This 4 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom for only $3,475,000. (Commission: 104,250)
This 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom for only $1,450,000. (Commission: 43,500)
This 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom for only $2,700,000. (Commission: $81,000)
This 7 Bedroom, 7 Bathroom for only $2,180,000. (Commission: $65,400)
This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom for only $780,000. (Commission: $23,400)
Seems like she has the career, the only piece missing is the man... or reality TV show stardom.
