We're coming to the end of This Is Us, which means we're finally going to learn where life's journey takes our favorite characters. Thanks to the show's many flash-forwards, we've already gotten bits and pieces of where the extended Pearson clan will end up. While the fates of the Big Three is definitely something to speculate on, there's actually a whole other crop of characters whose future selves have even more possibilities: the Big Three's children.
Kate, Randall, and Kevin all have kids now — they are the new generation, who will hopefully take the many life lessons gathered from their Pearson parents and pass them on. We don't know a ton about who these kids will be in the future, but thanks to the show's flash-forwards, we have gotten a sneak peek at where some of their lives ended up. Here's what we know so far about the youngest Pearsons.
Deja
Parents: Randall & Beth Pearson
In the flash-forward, Annie picks up Deja from her job at what appears to be a medical building before the two head to the cabin to see Rebecca on her death bed. Deja, who is about 28 when we see her at her oldest, is also pregnant, but not ready to tell anyone but her sister yet. It's unclear if she's in a relationship with the baby's father, but anyone else kind of hoping she and Malik found a way to make it work?!?
Annie
Parents: Randall & Beth Pearson
Little is known about Annie, other than the fact that she seems to be the only one of her siblings who has a car. She and Deja appear to be very close, as she's the only person who Deja told about her pregnancy.
Tess
Parents: Randall & Beth Pearson
Tess became a social worker who helps place children in safe homes, likely having been inspired by her father and sister Deja's adoptions. She is also an impeccable dresser.
Nick
Parents: Kevin Pearson & Madison Simons
We see Nick at his oldest at Rebecca's end of life celebration (I guess that's what we're calling that extremely sad Pearson family reunion?) He seems to be about 11, and, like many 11 year olds, is addicted to whatever handheld gaming device is cool a decade into the future.
Franny
Parents: Kevin Pearson & Madison Simons
Franny is Nick's fraternal twin sister. Very little of her is seen in the flash-forward at the cabin reunion. She seems like a sweet kid — she asks her dad if he's doing okay given the sad circumstances.
Jack
Parents: Kate Pearson & Toby Damon
It makes sense that the character we would see the most of is the one who gets Jack Pearson's namesake. Jack, who is visually impaired, is seen in his own separate flash-forwards which take place at least 20 years, if not 30, into the future. Jack has a pretty sweet life: He's a rockstar with an amazing home in the Hollywood Hills, and seems to have a real Jack-Rebecca kind of love story with his wife Lucy. Jack and Lucy eventually have a baby they name Hope.
Hailey
Parents: Kate Pearson & Toby Damon
Jack's younger adoptive sister works as a curator at an art gallery. She seems to be pretty close to her brother Jack: When Lucy gives birth to Hope, Hailey rushes to the hospital to see her baby niece.
