What's Teddi Doing After 'The Bachelor'? This Frontrunner's Exit Was Surprising

On Monday night's episode of The Bachelor, Clayton sent home one of his major frontrunners. Or so it seemed. Teddi's departure from The Bachelor may have seemed shocking upon first impact because she was the first impression rose recipient in the premiere episode — but in the weeks following her limo exit, she faded into the background, while other women seemed to step into the spotlight. (Some flourishing more than others, ahem, Sarah.)

But it's not all that uncommon for a first impression rose recipient to not make it to the end of the season. In fact, according to bachelordata, only four of the last 13 seasons of The Bachelor involved the first impression rose recipient to make it to the last two weeks. That means Teddi only had about a 31% chance of landing a fantasy suite all along. Not bad odds, comparatively, but alas, here we are and there she goes.

So what has Teddi, someone I originally saw as a potential winner, been up to since the show ended? Let's find out what has been going on in her life...

She's living in gratitude

After her elimination on Monday, Teddi shared a post about her experience on the show, talking about the friendships she made and the growth she has experienced. She wrapped it up with a very telling, "I'm sure you'll see me again," which is screaming the beaches of Mexico, no? Here's hoping!

She's been podcasting

What do Bachelor rejects (I don't mean that as harshly as it sounds) do best? Either be featured on or start a podcast. And Teddi has done just that. She has been a guest on the popular Bachelor podcasts Click Bait and The Viall Files.

She's a working nurse

While we already knew she was a nurse, on The Click Bait podcast Teddi went into more detail about the specifics of her position. She explained that, "... I'm on a floor where a lot of my patients are getting surgery, typically for cancer. So I kind of am helping them through the process beforehand, and then they'll go get surgery and come back to my floor and I'll take care of them for about a week after..." This makes me like her even more.

She's filming the Women Tell All

According to Reality Steve, the Women Tell All is filming Wednesday, Feb. 23, and the women (except for the Top 3) have been quarantining leading up to it.

If I was a betting woman, I would put big money on Teddi being on Paradise. She's definitely going to be a hot commodity down there.
