Wells is earning his keep (and perhaps auditioning to be the next host) in Tuesday's Bachelor in Paradise when he asks Ivan the question we're all wondering... "Ivan, do you have anything to tell me?" He's suggesting that something happened with Ivan when Paradise shut down due to a storm, and from the looks of it, the answer is yes. Ivan does have something to tell Wells, and it's juicy.
The case was seemingly only evacuated for a short period of time when a tropical storm hit during filming, but supposedly something happened with Ivan that led to him going "around the system." So what happened and why do I care about this more than any of the couples remaining on the beach? Let's investigate the former half of that question to understand the latter half.
What did Ivan do?
While there have been speculations that Ivan snuck off to Chelsea's hotel room while the cast was sequestering during the storm, making that random kiss on the beach much more explainable, Reality Steve says Ivan broke protocol with someone else. He says that,
While they were supposed to be sequestered or stay in their own rooms, Ivan snuck over to Alexa Caves room (contestant on Peters season) and hung out with her all night. Producers found out about it and busted them. Alexa was set to come on the show late, but once they got caught, she was never allowed on and Ivan ended up getting kicked off the show.
First off: Who is Alexa Caves?
Here's a pic to refresh your memory.
But how the hell did Ivan find her room?
I'm making assumptions here, but pre-Paradise, the pair must have exchanged some type of DMs for him to go to her hotel room... unless they had a meet cute in the hallway. But how did he find said room in question? I'm sure the producers didn't give the cast their phones back.
With all this speculation, Ivan definitely wants to tell his side of the story.
Last week he tweeted out this out:
He is ready to spill the tea, and I just happen to love tea.
Ok fine, he broke the rules. We acknowledge that. But in the grand scheme of things, this doesn't seem that bad to me. He is currently single down on the beach. The worst thing he did was not let the cameras follow him.
