16 Screenshots That Show the ‘Bachelorette' Final 3 Go From “Bros to Foes”

In recent seasons, The Bachelor and Bachelorette have found a way to make Fantasy Suite dates even more awkward for everyone involved, whether contestant or viewer. Unlike in earlier seasons of the shows, the final three contestants now interact with each other during the time that Fantasy Suite dates take place. While the contestants surely have their own bedrooms wherever they're staying, in the past few seasons, they've been made to meet up in a common area where all they can do is painfully converse about how their Fantasy Suite date went or how they hope for it to go.

And it's not like the final three contestants hate each other. On Michelle's current season, Brandon, Joe, and Nayte get along just fine. So, when they all meet up pre-Fantasy Suites, Joe notes that they're going from "bros to foes". By this stage of the season, each of the three men believes that he will marry Michelle. Plus, they know that a Fantasy Suite date involves hanging out off-camera and possibly sex. As Joe also aptly put it, "At this point, it's like someone went out on a date with your girlfriend and they spent the night together."

So, even if you are as confident as Nayte, it's an extremely awkward situation. Need proof? Here are 16 screenshots of the guys in the Fantasy Suite debriefing room that show just how excruciating it is.

"How did I get here???"

When it comes down to it, these guys aren't actually bros who became foes. They're more like bros who still want to be bros, but because of this weird show are now hit with the reality that they should be foes. We can at least all live with the knowledge that they survived this Fantasy Suite waiting room of doom.
