I’ve never tried them, but my one fear of them is that EVERYONE seems to have them. I don’t know if it would bother you to show up to the beach with the same suit as another person, but they’re common enough that I do see them everywhere.

I keep seeing ads for Summersalt bathing suits and some of them look really cute (a little more coverage without looking matronly/old lady like) but curious if anyone has tried them!
