If there's one piece of advice that Riverdale's Betty Cooper really needs to take, it's to stop trusting blonde men. First, there was the very blonde Chic, her faux brother, who turned out to be a serial killer. Then there was Betty's actual brother Charles, who, despite being a bona fide FBI agent, also turned out to be a serial killer. Even Betty's father Hal had sandy blonde hair and a body count. Blonde + man = RED FLAG, Betty!

That's why, when Riverdale introduced Betty's new FBI boyfriend Glen, I was pretty immediately suspicious. For one thing, peep Glen's hair. It's blonde. Very blonde. In fact, can you see any difference between Glen and Charles? It's the same picture.

I'm not the only person who thinks so: During The Dipp's Clubhouse event with Riverdale writer Chrissy Maroon, Macy Jones of @nocontextrvd shared her own Glen suspicions. "I think he's the Trash Bag Killer," Macy shared. "Just going to throw that out there."

Let's unpack that, shall we? Because honestly... yeah.

The Trash Bag Killer is the murderer Betty was investigating with the FBI — before he held her hostage via a Silence of the Lambs homage. (Yeah, Betty has a lot of trauma to unpack.) Unfortunately for Betty, the Trash Bag Killer escaped, and now haunts her dreams. Except, what if that's not the only place TBK is?
