What's Jen Shah's Job? The 'RHOSLC' Star Described It At The Reunion

On Tuesday, March 30, Real Housewives of Salt Late City "star" Jen Shah was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering, federal (federal!) prosecutors said. Jen allegedly had a long-running telemarketing scam going, which got us thinking: what is Jen Shah's job? Didn't she say something about it at the RHOSLC Season 1 reunion?

Yes, yes she did, and BravoTV.com recorded it all. As they reported and as we all saw on our TVs, when Andy Cohen asked Jen why she needed four assistants, Jen said:

"I need a lot of help, you know? They all do different things. I run a lot of different companies and businesses, and a lot of them have different roles in the companies."

When Andy pressed and asked what she does for a living, Jen said:

“My background is in direct response marketing for about 20 years, so our company does advertising. We have a platform that helps people acquire customers, so when you’re shopping online or on the Internet, and something pops, we have the algorithm behind why you’re getting served that ad.”

Ma'am?

Even cast member, and Jen frenemy Heather Gay was confused about how Jen made a living. She said on the reunion:

"I try to be, like, a fairly smart person, but remember I was like, ‘I still don’t get it.' And I was at a company dinner at Tao, and I was also at the owner’s table at 1 Oak. Best night ever. I was just like, 'I don’t know what she does, but I like it!'”

RHOSLC is currently filming Season 2 and Jen asked her followers ten days ago to "stay tuned," so, OK! Will DO.
