A few weeks ago, Lala Kent and Randall Emmett officially split after five years together. Before their breakup (which was supposedly due to his cheating), their wedding was canceled in April 2020 because of COVID, and then a few months later, she got pregnant with their daughter Ocean and started filming Season 9 of Vanderpump Rules shortly after she gave birth. It's been a whirlwind few years for Lala and she's been doing all of it sober. And now this.

On her most recent episode of what was once Give Them Lala... And Randall (RIP, hopefully that heinous cover art goes as well), which is now called just Give Them Lala, she opens up about their split and where she's at right now.

Her assistant and recurring guest on the podcast Jessica asked her how she felt watching Vanderpump Rules as it relates to her friendships with the cast, and Lala said, "When it was happening I was really trying to put it to the side because I didn't want to bring that energy home to Ocean. But now at this point in my life watching it back I have much bigger fish to fry."

She continued, saying, "I take it one minute at a time, ya know, especially because a 7-month-old can't sit around and wait for you to get over shit. You better keep your fucking head up and do your thing."
