In part one of Tayshia Adams' dramatic Bachelorette finale, fans were given another excuse to use the "I was rooting for you" meme when Brendan Morais self-eliminated before his Fantasy Suite. Sure, it showed he was emotionally mature enough to know he wasn't ready to get engaged just yet, but Tayshia thought he was the one, and I, personally, remain a mess. But, in reality, that was months ago, and while I am still grieving their breakup, Brendan could be dating someone new post-Bachelorette. Or... is he dating someone we already know? (Warning: There's obviously going to be some mild spoilers for Tuesday's finale — maybe.)

On Dec. 15, before Brendan sent himself home, Reality Steve suggested that Brendan would leave Palm Springs, and that Tayshia would end up giving her final rose to Zac C. The twist? The Bachelor blogger claimed that two people told him that "at some point after filming they broke things off, and that she is currently back in touch with Brendan and they are slowly working on a relationship." To be honest, this is totally plausible. Plenty of Bachelors/Bachelorettes have gone back to date contestants that did not receive the final rose, like Peter Weber, who is currently dating Kelley Flanagan, and Arie Luyendyk Jr., who is currently expecting twins with his wife Lauren Burnham, the runner-up on his season of The Bachelor. However, fans still rooting for Brendan and Tayshia might not want to get their hopes up too much.
