Aaron and Genevieve: Siblings or Dating?

When the tea was spilled at WTA that Aaron and Genevieve could have potentially hooked up, I did a poll on whether or not people would enjoy them together as a couple. I did not think twice about it. Primarily based on looks, I think they would look great together.

I was quickly humbled when I realized yes they look good together, because they look like BROTHER AND SISTER. Are they actually the same person? The facial expressions, the drama that seems to follow them, etc.
