So if we go by I was Max’s  age…in high school I was obsessed with the Garden State soundtrack so it would have to be New Slang by the Shins.

If I picked the song I listened to most when I was Max's age... "Come On Over" by Christina Aguilera. Doesn't quite have the same impact, but at least it would be literally beckoning me. 

We all know that "Running Up That Hill" by Kate Bush is Max's song is to keep the Vecna away from her and turning her into a demonic pretzel (at least for now). So I was curious, which tune would be your touchstone to keep you rooted on the ground and emotionally/mentally stable? Keep in mind, you're going to have to listen to it A LOT. If we're playing by Stranger Things rules and its in the 80s mine would be "Take On Me" by a-ha. How about you?
