We can call it. This is show of the year. 

I've been thinking the exact same thing about the Duffer Brothers vs. D&D on Game of Thrones. On the one hand, the Duffer Brothers are obviously more tied to the material, since its theirs, vs. George R. R. Martin's. But I also wonder if part of the reason it took time between seasons is because they needed the time to ensure they got it right. We're so conditioned to expect everything RIGHT NOW, but, in this case, this was easily worth the wait. 

Yes to all of this! I’ve loved this show from the beginning and it exceeds my expectations every season. I feel like it improves with each season which is really hard to do. The character development is incredible and the way they wrapped that whole story line together at the end…I mean I had chills.

As for Sadie…my God what a treasure. I am really looking forward to what her career has in store for her post Stranger Things. 

First off, I would like to applaud the Duffer Brothers for NOT pulling a Game of Thrones, and giving us an incredible season of Stranger Things after all this time. A few weeks ago, I figured I had moved on from the show and had assumed the worst, but now I’m obsessed all over again. 

Secondly, I would like to applaud them for somehow casting child actors who grew into legitimately great adult actors. That seems SO difficult to do, and, yet, they’re all stars. Not a weak link among them. 

Third, I’m most blown away by Sadie Sink this season, who is showing just how much she can do with a role that felt a little more one-note last season. She is absolutely amazing, especially in episode 4.
