Naomie’s house: how?

On the premiere of Southern Charm we see Naomie in this gorgeous waterfront home that looks to have 3-4 bedrooms and possibly even a pool? It looks new and well-appointed and nicely furnished, too.

Now we know Housewives will rent nice homes for filming… do we think that’s what happened here? Or is she making bank from her boutique or????? I’m just jealous and need answers.
