What is SATC canon?

I feel like all of us collectively agree that SATC II cannot and should not be considered SATC canon. Better to pretend a movie with the line "Abu-Dhabi-Do" was never made, or at least shoved down a well and covered in concrete until someone digs it up and curses us with the 10 plagues as god's retribution.

So, I ask: what is SATC canon? My pitch is Seasons 1-6 plus the movie, even if the latter did Steve dirty (if only he knew what was to come). But I simply cannot count AJLT as canon. Must we include this as SATC history?
