Did Chrishell and Jason try to conceive naturally?

Obviously there was a lot of talk about them using Chrishell’s frozen eggs and making an embryo and then implanting it in her uterus… But did they try to conceive naturally? I don’t remember if they talked about it or if there was a reason they decided not to … I’m just curious if anyone caught that moment in the show and I missed it!
