An Oral History Of The Posche Fashion Show Fight On The 'RHONJ'

After the table flip heard 'round the world, the Real Housewives of New Jersey had a legacy of drama and violence to maintain and protect, and in the trailer for RHONJ Season 12, which premiered Feb. 1, we see families torn apart, someone falling on their face, and Gia Giudice coming for her Tio Joe. And when it comes to violence, there's a clip of Teresa playing the saxophone, which, ouch. Season 12 is going to be epic.

But there is one moment on RHONJ that really embodies the cast's specialty when it comes to combining public venues with private drama. It's in Season 2, Episodes 9 and 10 — I'm talking about the Posche Fashion show, of course, and its turbulent, bitch-calling, siren-blaring aftermath.

For those who need a jog, here's what happened in these iconic episodes: It’s 2010 and Kim DePaola, owner of the Posche Boutique (which, by the way, is still in business and still sells Herve Leger bandage dresses alongside some designs by JOVANI) is hosting a fashion show at the North Jersey Country Club.

The highlight, or lowlight, of the episode, depending on your moral compass, comes when OG RHONJ Housewife Teresa Giudice calls other OG Danielle Staub a “bitch” and then chases her out of the country club screaming “bitch!” And then Ashlee (formerly Ashley) Holmes pulls Danielle’s hair extensions out of her head because she heard Danielle was threatening to kill Ashlee's mother, OG Housewife Jacqueline Laurita.
