I hate that I have to stick with the obvious and say Sally Field, but it’s definitely what I would say if I won an Oscar.

Halle Berry’s! It was so heartfelt and, more importantly, dramatic

I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but the one I really remember most was Gwen Paltrow in the pink dress winning for Shakespeare in Love. And Jennifer Lawrence's fall then speech. I wish I remembered ACTUAL good ones but those are the ones that come to mind.

Im not sure this qualifies as a speech. But it is definitely the best Oscar oration of all time.

This got me thinking about my favorite Oscars speech and, even though it's a fairly recent win, I think I've gotta go with Olivia Colman's surprising win. You can tell she's genuinely shocked and moved and she concludes her speech the only way one ever should, with a starstruck, "Lady Gaga?! Ahh!"
