Hearing that VERY infamous line from Vanilla Sky in the presence of your parents is something you don't come back from. I'll never forgive Cameron Diaz. 

I always love whenever you’re with family and a sex scene comes on, everyone starts talking simultaneously about something innocuous and unrelated. “Did we leave the oven on?” “We have to make sure we take the recycling out.” 

Ok I know you said movie but I can’t think of one. Because I’m still scarred from a tv show. after hearing good things from my friends, I suggested on Christmas day that my family and I watch the OA on Netflix. I think within the first episode or maybe the second there is a  graphic oral sex scene and some butt play? I blacked out.
