Where the crawdads sing

I want to preface this by saying that I have never read the book and I haven’t even heard about the movie until maybe a few months ago. I went to go and see this just to kill time yesterday. And when I say it is a journey from beginning to end — I mean it. I guess people who read the book knew what to expect which is why they may be a little disappointment but for me it wasnt the end i expected and it was so shocking that I walked away texting people to go see it. As far as the acting I saw nothing wrong with it. there could have been a little more chemistry between the main couple but the rest of the film warranted no complaints. I should have expected a twist ending because Reese Witherspoon produced it and she has a knack for creating concept where you should expect the unexpected. Five stars
