Do they know what “Everyone” means?

By now most of you pop culture loving badasses have probably seen the latest Skims campaign. For those of you who aren’t glued to Instagram (you’re better than me), the photos feature exclusively world famous supermodels and is titled the “Fits Everyone” campaign. It’s quite obvious that these women don’t represent every body and that frustrates me, but I have an even stronger emotion about this campaign and that is CONFUSION. So answer me this; do we think the Kardashians know the photos don’t match the message of the campaign? Are they that oblivious? They can’t be that out of touch, right? I can’t get my mind around the AUDACITY to advertise that these bodies represent everyone. Am I wrong to be so fired up about it?

I hope to see you in the comments.

The line is size inclusive and the website and even some of the Instagram pics have plus size models. Khloe’s Good American line has always been size inclusive(I’m a big girl and own several pieces. And her models range from small to looks me :) I don’t see this a mis-step because it is what it is, advertising 101 and pretty and skinny sell better to the public than real girl sizes🤷‍♀️
