How often do you talk to your parents?

I’ve ebbed and flowed over the years and have gone from dreading the weekend catch up with my folks to looking forward to it. We now FaceTime once a week but we’ve gone a month or so without taking. (We do text.) Sometimes I feel bad about it but the phone works both ways, as they say. What’s your normal cadence?
