uhh no i usually result to white noise videos on YT

I suffered from this for yearssss on end. It was only cured by going to college and having a roommate who needed the room pitch black! 

Frasier for me, too. But I start the series over just after Niles and Daphne get together. I find the later seasons kind of tough to watch.

It’s friends for me. I have to have a source or alight and a little bit of sound to drown out the noises of the house 

I love falling asleep when I'm watching TV and my eyes are shutting. However, the TV must get shut off before full-sleep-mode.

I used to be like this but as I got older for some reason I had anxiety falling asleep w/ it on because I was missing parts of the show. Even if it was a show I've seen a million times I still felt that way

I am the complete opposite. I can not have any noise when I sleep, or I won't be able to go to bed and be grumpy the next day.

Frasier is excellent sleep fare. Very calming and soothing. 

For me, Forensic Files lures me to sleep, and for a mid-day nap… sports. 

Having the TV on while I’m falling asleep is absolutely mandatory and it can make or break my sleeping schedule. Normally I’ll choose something very relaxing to watch or a boring sitcom like Frazier. Frazier fans please don’t get upset LOL, it’s true and we don’t have to argue about it. I carry this habit with me everywhere I go and my friends and family absolutely hate it when we vacation together. I don’t see it changing anytime soon..

Am I the only one who has to fall asleep with the TV on?
