It’s 72 and partly sunny… do you wear shorts?

I have a rooftop bday party and I’m struggling with what to wear. The weather is hovering around 70, and the sun is peeking out from the clouds every now and then.

Do we think shorts is too risky? If the PEAK temp is 72, I’ll regret it, right? Or could I balance it out with a long sleeve top? No… I should do full pants, yeah? Why is this something keeping me up at night! I see some people wearing basically a piece of cloth and others in puffy jackets!
