... Who would it be and why?

This is easy for me — I'm thinking about the food. So my first pick would be Ina Garten (Jeffrey can come if he wants / is avail). Second, and a VERY close second, would be Guy Fieri. Duh. Third would be Stanley Tucci, bc I love his Searching for Italy show, and the man knows his way around a bar.
