Honestly, the pure boredom. I worked in a shop that wasn't very busy, and while that sounds nice, the hours just draaaaaaagged by. 

My first white-collar job, though, was so much worse — it was a PR gig, and I had to call all the local newspapers around Illinois to make sure our information about them was still valid. But we weren't allowed to use the internet, which meant two things: 1) I had to use a freaking yellow pages, and 2) when i had nothing to do, I had to just sort of... sit there.

I was an understudy in an off broadway production of Dream Girls, I hated that I never was able to play the role I was cast in because the actress didn’t get sick. It was like sitting in the sideline of a bball game 

Bro I worked at baskin robbins I had to not only scoop that hard a** ice cream but also CHANGE OUT THE TUBS
