Weirdest thing a doctor has charged you for?

I got an email this morning that my doctor charged me $1.80 for services not covered by insurance...so just out of curiosity I logged in to see the itemized bill.

First thing that I thought was weird was they charged me for a blood draw because they didn't take any blood. They also charged for an "annual alcohol screen" and a "BRIEF" emotional assessment. (not sure when either of these happens but maybe it was so brief I missed it!) Part of me feels bad because insurance paid them less than 1/3 of the cost of services...but charging for procedures you didn't do obviously seems wrong. Have you ever been to the doctors where they charge you $10 for a band-aid or something wild like that?
