Oh, definitely peace. Really helps to hammer home how totally insignificant i am. Which is as good a cure for my anxiety as anything

Anxiety. Too many black holes out there that we know nothing about.

I've studied astronomy before and I love it so much....but it does give me anxiety when you see how small we are in the galaxy...and then to see all the other galaxies that are out there(!!!!) Wow.

I know this helps people's mental health, but this does NOTHING for me. Yes, it's space, yes, our world and therefore our problems are small, but space does not solve those problems that are still very real for me! 

Here is a beautiful, easy to understand, elegant "guided" tour of our universe. Highly recommend. Just sit back and let it wash over you.

Does it stress you out to know how small and meaningless our planet is (let alone our own personal existence on it) or does it give you peace?

I am currently so blissed out by this, you have no idea.
