Glitch in the matrix?

I experienced something today that really messed with my head. I got an email that said that an order I'm waiting for will be to me in 4 weeks. It is in the email as a jpg, so it's not text that can change. I opened that up on my computer -- 4 weeks.

I then opened up the same email on my phone. The SAME EMAIL. And it says... 2 weeks. TWO WEEKS! And the text is part of an image. How is this possible for the same email to say two different things. My computer says 4 weeks, my email says two weeks.

I can only assume this is a glitch in the matrix. Am I living in the past? The future? Which is true? What is real?
