How many hours of sleep do you actually get per night?

I know like what the experts say....8 to 8.5 hours is ideal...but who really gets that??

If I hit 7 to 7.5 hours that's a big win for me. But honestly? Usually closer to 6.5. So...I'm curious. How many of hours do you typically get per night? Are you functional on it? And what do you use to stay awake?

I feel like on days I only get 6 hours of sleep, 3 cups of coffee = 1 extra hour added to my body. LOL I know that's not really how it works, but still!
