i now say tall, grande, venti because i've said small, medium, large, and they read it back as "grande iced coffee" like i'm a dumb idiot. 

I remember a point of pride when I was a teenager was ordering Starbucks for my whole family bc my parents didn’t “get” how to order.

I follow the rules, because I am a rule follower who doesn't want to get in trouble. 

I use the lingo because I go there rarely and think it's fun to say the lingo!

I always say, "big coffee for me pls yum yum hot!" Works like a charm.

Heck no, they’ll never convert me! Small medium large is the only language I speak!

Yes, I actually do. I go there often that I now can memorize the seasonal menus lol
