I would DIE for peanut butter luster pie, a recipe from an old Pillsbury bake-off book that’s god knows how old:

Cook pasta, add a lot of butter and salt, top with a cut up roasted hot dog. 

This is how I was raised in the NJ countryside. 

Scotcharoos - these tasty bars put Rice Krispies to SHAME! 

Break up artichokes and mix with other ingredients.  Put in buttered casserole and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.  Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

Lemon Meringue pie, always a big hit at our house. Also, I used to make a raspberry chambord cake that was wonderful, but I lost the recipe. :(
