Is it me or does everyone eat yogurt before bed?
I've gone down a weird TikTok/IG rabbit hole of "what I eat in a day" particularly from fitness/wellness accounts. What's struck me as odd is that so many people seem to eat yogurt right before bed as a late night snack. Uhhh, is it just me or is this really weird? Like dairy is already tough for my tum tum to digest, but to eat it and then lay down? NOPE.
Do you eat yogurt as a late night snack before bed? Why does everyone seem to do this?
