Poutine will no longer be called Poutine in Quebec, so what should it be called?

In today's edition of "the more you know," the french spelling and pronunciation of Putin is "poutine." So, in Quebec, the restaurant famous for inventing pouting is renaming it "the fries-cheese-gravy."

I feel like "the fries-cheese-gravy" doesn't quite roll off the tongue. So what should we rename poutine instead?

(Also, fries have had a hard go with names, between this and Freedom Fries.)
