It’s controversial not to look, yes, but… not looking helps the meal last even longer. If I had my druthers, I would spend my lifetime in a restaurant booth, so whatever prolongs the activity is fun in my book! 

I absolutely must look at the menu so that I can decide on my meal beforehand and focus on having fun once I’m at the restaurant.

Also it's fun to look at the menu beforehand! Envision your amazing upcoming meal, perhaps even some dessert. 

Sometimes I like to be surprised. If I look at it in advance, what do I have to look forward to besides the meal?! 

If someone even says the name of a restaurant, I’m on their website (specially the menu) within 2 seconds. How do people not look at the menu ahead of time? I’d love to hear from people who don’t and just try to understand… why?
