My mom got a Keurig and I tried SO many different K-cups hoping I'd find one I like...They were all super weak, or somehow burnt tasting. I've heard that the Nespresso ones are better, especially if you like lattes, but the machine and pods are way more expensive. 

Yeah, K Cups aren't GREAT, or even good, I guess, but do they get the job done? Mostly. They're pretty watery and the buzz doesn't feel that strong. But in a hotel room when you're getting ready or in an office where there are no other options and you're too pressed for time to run out to a coffee shop, a K Cup can come in handy.

I am not really a coffee drinker so I can’t tell a good cup from a bad cup. But one thing I’ve heard from two snooty coffee lovers are that any single serve coffee — including k-cups — are never good. Does coffee need to be brewed from A pot to be just right?
