Working from home makes me snack so much. HELP
When I used to be a teacher, I would go ALL day without eating or feeling hungry. I had a little snack in the morning and ate something light at lunch, mostly because my lunch was 20 minutes long. I was so busy throughout the day that snacking wasn't even a thought...but things have changed.
I now work a marketing job and I am about 90% remote. Now that I'm home so much and the fridge is so close to me, I find myself snacking a lot more. Anyone have any tips, advice, ANYTHING?
