It just depends if you want to spend big and be trendy as hell. 

I can tell you first hand that Via Carota is worth the hype. But worth the money? That will be up to you. Prepare to drop $150-200 if you get drinks, apps, food, desserts, all of it. American Bar I thought the food was ok and still pricy. 

And just a reminder if you go to these spots, it's not guaranteed you will see famous folks. These restaurants often have private back rooms or tables out of the main area of the restaurant. 

I am a tried and true deuxmoi follower and truly could not be more obsessed. But I have yet to stalk a reservation for Carbone on resy. Has anyone tried any of the places that celebs are always at/ are the worth the hype? I need to know.
