A question for the Criminal Minds fans out there…

I’m doing a Criminal Minds binge watch for the first time, and I’ve gotten to about Season 3. (Miss Gideon dearly, by the way.)

My question: does Hotch ever get more bearable/appealing? I am almost irrationally angry every time he’s on screen because he’s. Just. So. Boring.

The show does such a great job with the rest of its characters, yet Hotch just sort of feels like dead weight. I care nothing for him, his divorce, his family, his stupid haircut…
