well my opinion is that all those streaming giants partner up with each other (like disney and hulu on peacock) - so this might be part of a deal. however, i agree that it's very weird and mismatched to have wizards of waverly place next to kim kardashian, lol 

I thought it was because Hulu is only streamable in a few locations around the world — and so this was just to extend its reach? It is definitely strange but I just saw it as the parent company getting a piece of the pie. 

I understand that Hulu, ESPN, and Disney Plus are all on some kind of bundle deal. But the kardashians new show streaming on Disney Plus is actually repulsive. Like why put that show on Disney plus? The first reality show to go on Disney plus? It’s not even about ‘what is available to kids’ because you should be monitoring what your kids watch anyway it’s more what the frick are they doing on Disney plus when we couldn’t even get the Lizzie McGuire reboot on HULU. That’s something that we were extremely excited for and they wouldn’t let Hilary Duff give her justice by taking the character to Hulu. It’s crazy how much of an affect that family has on media but also how much they have to do to stay relevant.
