Oil, for one. Could milk my finger like a god dang cow and I'd be so rich. Breast milk, come to think of it, is also expensive when sold. 

So yeah, I'd sit on my ass and milk my fingers of Oil and Breastmilk and make millions then retire in two years. 

I would definitely shoot water out of one, and McDonalds Coke out of the other. One gives me life and the other gives me LIFE.
