What is the most cinematically pleasing movie you’ve ever seen?

For me, it’s the great Gatsby made in 2013 starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire. Not only is this the movie that truly made me fall in love with cinema but I also love the soundtrack. To make everything better, I had just read the great Gatsby the year before it came out in high school and this was when we were also introduced to Lana Del Rey. But back to the aesthetic. The coloring, the shots, the attention to detail that Baz Luhrmann put into the movie it’s something that I truly appreciate. It doesn’t matter if you like the plot, the dialogue, or the actors it is just a beautiful movie to look at.

What is the movie that you can literally watch with the sound off but still be in awe at its cinematography?
