Hasan’s Homecoming King was excellent, but you might have already seen that. I really enjoyed Ronny Chieng’s first special too (and I think he has another new one)!

And it’s a super obvious one, but Pete Davidson’s “Alive From New York” is amazing. 

All of the Dave Chapelle ones. And there’s also a Chris rock one named tambourine that’s pretty funny! 

Mike Birbiglia has some really funny specials, so if you're a Mulaney fan you'd probably dig him. 

I also recommend Jenny Slate's "Stage Fright" and Bo Burnham's "Make Happy."

Ooh yes! Nate Bargatze’s special is SO GOOD. He was a new one I found during the pandemic, and now I can’t wait to see where he goes. 

Also, Taylor Tomlinson is really impressive, particularly since she’s so young. I haven’t watched her second special yet, but loved her first. 

Oldie but good is anything Jim Gaffigan puts out. 

He packs so many jokes into his specials there’s bound to be something you will find funny. 

I am a huge John Mulaney fan and have loved all of his comedy specials on Netflix. I’d love to get into more, but there’s an overwhelming amount of specials on Netflix and I have no idea where to start. 

So with Mulaney, Ali Wong, and Che Diaz as your guide for my taste in comedy, do you have any you’d recommend?
